  2. Washington Facts They used to have an NBA basketball team called the Seattle Supersonics. But they moved to Oklahoma city in 2008 and changed to the Thunder. There state capital Is Olympia. There state nickname id the Evergreen State because most of Washington Is Wilderness. Washington’s largest city is Seattle. There baseball team is the Seattle Mariners. Its region of the U.S. Is the West region
  3. Seattle Supersonics & Mariners In 2008 the Seattle Supersonics moved to Oklahoma city and changed there name to the Thunder. There home stadium is the Key arena. There last home game was a win against the Dallas Mavericks 99-95. When they moved to Oklahoma city there were not whole new players or coaches. The same players and coaches that were on the supersonics were still all team-mates accept in a new city. The Seattle Mariners are in the American League and in the West division. The Seahawks have the best Defense in the NFL. There 2nd year radical QB is Russell Wilson and behind Russell is MarshawnLynch. There best Defensive player is CB Richard Sherman who tipped the game winning interseption to there Linebacker who got the Seahawks into the Super bowl. There head coach Is Pete Carol. The Seattle Seahawks are known for the 12th man.
  5. Super bowl XLVIII The 1st play of the super bowl Broncos QB Peyton Manning went up the offence of line to say “Omaha” and the center snapped it and the Seahawks got a safety . Right before halftime Seattle Seahawks linebacker KJ Wright got a 70 yard pick 6. Going into halftime the Seahawks were leading 22-0. To open up the 2nd half WR Percy Harvin who only played 1 game in the regular season retured a kick of for a touchdown. The final score was 43-8.

  7. Washington Wahington was named after the 1st president of the united states, George Washington. Seattle’s biggest city is Seattle but most of Washington is Wilderness. The Seattle Seahawks won Super bowl 48 and there corner back Richard Sherman won Defense of player of the year. When your in Seattle you can go to a Seahawk’s game at Century link Field and see the game. You can also see the Seattle space needle, the biggest building in Washington. Seattle is the 23rd biggest city in the United states. It has almost over 600,000 population.
