Service Solutions Qwest Switched Services Solution • Business Continuation Routing • Bulk call forwarding service that allows a customer to reroute incoming voice calls to alternate, predetermined telephone numbers • Customer invokes these changes by directly contacting Qwest • Requires that a single telephone number or list of telephone numbers be defined with a group number. • The group will then be pre-programmed to forward to an alternate telephone number. The forwarding, or re-direction, is on "stand-by" until the customer notifies Qwest • Applications: Disaster Recovery, Office Moves

Service Solutions Qwest Private Line Solutions • Self Healing Alternate Route Protection (SHARP) • Optional service providing separate facility path for the protection system between the Serving Wire Center and the Customer Premises • Primary path (working) established between Qwest Wire Center and Customer • Secondary path (protect) between Customer and Qwest Alternate Wire Center • In the event that the working facility or electronics fail, or the service performance becomes impaired, the facility automatically switches to the service protect path in order to maintain a near continuous flow of information between locations. • ATS Has SHARP Service in Phoenix and Tucson

  16. 211 211 Overview • N11 Dialing Services • The N11 numbers and their designated services are: • 211 for public, health and community services are designed for the delivery of general information, community information and referral service.—administered by the state Department of Human Service or the United Way (or a United Way designated organization). • 311 for non-emergency police, fire and municipal business—Administered by local and municipal governments • 411 directory service information provided by carrier • 511 for road and traffic conditions—Administered by the state or designated county department of transportation • 611 for Carrier calls, customer service, repair, etc • 711 is transfer relay service for the speech and hearing impaired—Administered by Transfer Relay Service (TRS). • 911 Emergency services
