It’s All In The Approach – Set time line by working backwards from deadline to DHEC Personalize DHEC forms - commercial, industrial, institution, waste hauler, local government Print mailing labels (2 sets) Print forms, fold, stuff envelopes and label Goal is to complete mail out by end of July or first week of August Deadline was Friday, August 24, 2012 and on Monday, August 27 – start sending faxes/emails

Constant contact with DHEC – to eliminate duplication of efforts • Check to make sure local governments are reporting online and if not offer to enter information for them • Enter County information – from 16 Collection/Recycling Centers, SW Disposal, any department that might recycle items with somebody other than our department
