Approval of Charter & Meeting Follow-up • Charter Approval • Received no feedback • Updated dates in Charter based on detailed workplan • Vote: Final approval of charter • Questions from last meeting • Beacons • Identification of community partners (HISPs HIOs) • Vendors • Which transports you have Certified on (if you already Certified for Stage 2) • Which transports do you plan on Certifying for (both if you haven’t certified at all OR if you only certified on basic Direct and plan to certify on the optional transports) • Did you or do you plan to certify for Option A (basic Direct) with a relied upon software to handle some of the HISP functionality

ONC CMSMeaningful Use Stage 2 Exchange Summit • Audience and Purpose of April 18th meeting • Opportunity to engage implementers, HISPs, vendors and all that are engaging on MUS2 • Beacon and EHR Vendor AG role at the meeting • Beacons and vendors to present at the meeting to discuss successes and lessons learned from C83 pilots (how to make it real) • Post-summit Webinar opportunities hosted by ONC/CMS • Review of PowerPoint that AG members will present at the Summit • Need to identify format – Co-Chairs, Panel? • Update pilot information reflected in slides (as of 2/15/2013) • Currently registered • Allscripts, NextGen, SuccessEHS, Greenway • Tulsa, Keystone, MS, SE MI

User Stories & Technical Discovery Guides • User stories from previous AG group do not support current efforts • Need volunteers to take on updating the previously written user stories for Update Registry/Repository, Transition of Care, Update EHR to reflect pilot work with TOC MU2 transports • Need volunteers to draft VDT User Story • Update of Beacon and Vendor Technical Discovery Guides • Old version will be sent to vendors to update • Od version will be sent to Beacons to update
