  2. Programma • Competenties Educatief Multimediaal Ontwikkelaar • Welk bewijsmateriaal kun je gebruiken bij de competenties, wat is valide • Hoe bouw je je portfolio op om je bewijsmateriaal te tonen?

Brainstorm: Opdracht: breng ik kaart wat je al hebt en wat je nog kunt/moet produceren • 1,2,4 grafisch – Doede Douwe, Ruben, Douwe • 3,4 functioneel,6 – David en Laurens • 4 didactisch/grafisch,5 - Gerard, Klaas, Guido • 2,4 didactisch/functioneel/grafisch - Nienke, Simon. Lalibel • 3,4 technisch - Jochum, Niels • 3,4 technisch • Zet al je bevindingen in de WIKI Educatief Multimediaal Ontwikkelaar

  4. Eisen Portfolio • In welke vorm ga je je portfolio presenteren? Rekening houdende met de volgende eisen: • It should be independent of place and time : readable anytime anywhere • Size : quality high, quantity small : readable in less than two hours • Ordered on the basis of competencies • Showing the potential of professional growth

  5. Assessment • Student makes portfolio available to assessors. The portfolio contains at least: • PDP (based on all EMO) • Observation reports • Feedback on practice (360 degrees) • Product(s) plus evaluation of product and process • Video registration • Overall SWOT-analysis resulting in PDP • Student gives portfolio presentation (30 min.) • Assessors takes note and fill in assessment form

  7. Step 2: Interview • The presentation is followed by an interview by two assessors (institute and WoW) • Two what extent have the required competencies been met? • Is the SWOT-analysis realistic and well founded • Discussion about PDP for the future

  8. Step 3 : consultation two assessors • Student steps outside • The two assessors have a discussion about the relevant questions • They formulate a decision whether the student may be officially declared “professionally ready”

  9. Summary • Student collects and selects evidence to build a portfolio • Portfolio is presented to two assessors • Assessors decide whether portfolio is sufficient basis for final assessment • Assessment (presentation plus interview) • Assessors discussion plus final decisionpass/failed/conditional pass
