  4. AS-BUILT SERVICES We can provide CAD services to as-built existing buildings and provide marketing sketches for potential lease spaces. In a time when its more than ever important to convey as much information as possible to potential tenants this service can be invaluable. We will offer very reasonable pricing to perform site visit and measure spaces and prepare sketches. We can also scan and archive any existing drawings to PDF format for easy access to provide to potential tenants and contractors. Please contact us for more info. PRE-ENGINEERED METAL BUILDINGS Our firm has an extensive background in the metal building industry and has designed over 300 projects ranging from small warehouse buildings to large industrial plants. We can offer Engineer of Record as well as Specialty Engineer Services.

  5. TILT UP CONCRETE BUILDINGS Our firm has completed many projects using this popular construction technique. Our firm is a proud member of TCA (Tilt-up Concrete Association). We have shown the ability to design smaller tilt-up buildings economically, larger warehouse buildings, and multi-story office buildings. CONVENTIONAL BUILDING SYSTEMS Whether your project involves concrete block, light gauge steel, wood framing, structural steel, or pre-cast, our staff is capable of providing competent, economic, and constructible design solutions.

  6. COLD STORAGE BUILDINGS Our firm has completed many projects utilizing refrigeration from simple dock repairs to large sub-zero distribution facilities. We have completed projects using metal building systems, insulated tilt up panels, conventional steel and concrete block, and structural steel with insulated panel exteriors.
