  4. CIP 101 – Two Day Seminar • January 2012 session: Over 100 Participants, maxed capacity • December 2012 session: Sold-out 100+ • Next Session scheduled September 2013

  5. Compliance 101 – 2 Hour Webinar • Offered three times a year, just before CUG/CIPUG meetings as introduction, overview, refresher • January 17 - 280+ Ports • May 23 • October 17

Ongoing Challenges • “Micro-entities” • Dual track offerings as appropriate • Turnover of registered entity compliance staff – fully one-third of registrants are attending first CUG/CIPUG • Compliance 101 Webinars in advance of CUGs • CIP 101 • O&P Standards Webinars • Newcomers lunch tables at CUG/CIPUGs • Ongoing collaboration with WICF

Ongoing Challenges • Industry Speak and Acronyms • New NERC Glossary linked to Compliance site Availability of SME staff for presentations • Scheduling for 2013 synched with audit schedules • 2014 schedule being developed now • Using technology to best effect • Further development and “packaging” in 2013 including updated technology
