  2. Caps and Closures From rubber stoppers to thread closures, snap caps to aluminum seals, ChemScience completes your package with the appropriate closure for your application. Our caps conform to GPI standard, ISO & ASTM specification, yet as European DIN specs.

  3. Caps, Solid, GL- 45 Threads, Polypropylene Color Caps Solid polypropylene caps with a molded in lip seal. All color caps can be autoclaved in steam to 140°C.

  4. Polypropylene Caps Polypropylene Caps are known permanently impact strength, durability, cost effectiveness, thermal resistance, and pliability. Polypropylene vials caps are autoclavable. Wide mouth PP caps are well-suited for several dry products. Choose from unlined polypropylene caps or bottle caps with various liners.

  5. Phenolic Caps Phenolic caps are made of thermoset plastic material known for its binding properties. Phenolic caps have strength and durability with heat-resistant and insulating properties; they are widely used in laboratory applications. Good resistance to chemical corrosion and low moisture absorption.

  6. High Temperature Caps, Solid, PBTE, PTFE Seals High temperature PBTE cap will withstand temperature from -45 to 200°C. Complete with PTFE seal.

  7. Caps and Septa for Chromatography Vials When separating organic and inorganic compounds for analysis, vial closures protect compound mixtures from contamination. The caps feature completely different finishes and septa materials for gas or high performance liquid chromatography applications.

  8. GL Caps With Aperture Open top cap for use with GL screw threads. The cap combined with the CS-197 sealing ring will accommodate tubing of the listed diameter. Cap is made from PBT (thermoplastic polyester) and will withstand temperatures from -45 to 200º C.

  9. Silicone Sealing Rings for GL Threads Seal is made from silicone with a vulcanized PTFE washer having an aperture to fit the listed tubing size. For use with CG-195 cap.

  10. Pouring Rings, GL-45, Polypropylene Clear Polypropylene Pour Rings to be used with GL 45 media bottles and flasks. Pour rings are made from clear drip-free polypropylene Maximum temperature: 140°C
