  2. A neonate born to 21 yr old primigravida has severe tachypnea and cyanosis .On physical examination shows an irritable child with continuous machine like murmur appreciated between the scapulae. Other wise no abnormalities . Echocardiography shows an aorta lies ant to and to the right of the pulmonary artery .
