  2. About the Employee of the Month Program • Eligibility criteria • USPS employees in good standing • Minimum 2 years USPS service • May receive once every 3 years • Who can nominate • Supervisor • Another employee • Anyone conducting business with UCF

Employee of the Month Prizes • Introduction by President Hitt to UCF’s Board of Trustees • Announcement on the marquee sign in front of UCF • Certificate and letter of recognition from the HR Director • Special gift from UCF's Health Services • Goody bag from Organization Development & Training • Surprise delivery from the Prize Patrol • One-time $200 cash award • $25.00 on-campus gift card • Recognition at the Annual Employee Awards Program • One of the 12 Employees of the Month will be named Employee of the Year and will receive $2,500
