CENTRO DE SERVICIOS COMPARTIDOS RECURSOS HUMANOS Cargill Meats Centro America/ CAN OPORTUNIDAD Laboral POSICION: Ingeniero de Proyectos AREA: Operaciones LOCALIDAD: Cinta Azul, Alajuela A QUIEN REPORTA: Roy Ramírez PROPÓSITO DE LA POSICIÓN El Ingeniero de Proyectos administra y ejecuta todos los proyectos, sean de inversión o no, que se vayan a desarrollar en la Compañía. Estos proyectos son incluidos dentro de un plan maestro para darles fechas probables de comienzo y finalización, además durante el año, y dependiendo de nuestras necesidades, es posible incluir nuevos proyectos. La planificación y ejecución de cada uno, se ajusta a necesidades que tengan implicaciones en la operación y desarrollo de la Compañía. REQUISITOS INDISPENSABLES • Ingeniero Mecánico, Ingeniero Electromecánico o en Mantenimiento Industrial • Experiencia en industria de consumo masivo • Experiencia en el manejo y control de proyectos • Habilidades para negociación • Capacidad de liderazgo de personal • Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión • Capacidad para manejo de conflictos y trabajo enfocado en objetivos • Buena cultura en Seguridad industrial y alimenticia INTERESADOS comunicarse a RH con Licda.
