RBI stands for Reserve Bank of India. It was founded in 1935 by British Raj with the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934. The Reserve Bank of India conducts the RBI grade B officer Exam every year to identify qualified candidates for grade B officer positions in its many branches.<br>The selection process will be divided in to three stages (Preliminary exam, Main exam, and Interview round) and the candidate must qualify each of them to proceed to the next phase.<br>The eligibility criteria for RBI Grade B officer are; candidate must be an Indian citizen, age limit must be between 21 years to 30 years,

The Reserve Bank of India conducts the RBI Grade B Officer Exam every year to identify qualified candidates for Grade B officer positions in its many branches. It was founded in 1935 by British Raj.   3. RBI GRADE B ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA Candidates who fulfill eligibility criteria can become part of the hiring process for RBI Grade B Officer. The candidate must satisfy age, education, and nationality criteria. RBI Grade B Officers are divided into three categories, each with its own set of educational requirements. Below are the specifics of the required education certification. 1. Officers in Grade ‘B’ (DR) – (General) • A minimum of 60% in any discipline/equivalent technical or professional certification (50 % for SC/ST/PwBD applicants). • Post-Graduation / Equivalent technical qualification with a minimum of 55 % in all semesters/years (pass marks for SC/ST/PwBD applicants). 2. Officers in Grade ‘B’ (DR) – DEPR • A Master’s degree in Economics, Econometrics, Quantitative Economics, Mathematical Economics, Integrated Economics Course/ Finance from a recognized Indian or international university/institute, with a minimum grade of 55 % across all semesters/years • A minimum of 55 % of all semesters/years is required for a PGDM/ MBA Finance from a recognized Indian or foreign university/institute.

  4. RBI GRADE B EXAM SYLLABUS RBI GRADE B EXAM PATTERN RBI Grade B Officer Exam Syllabus The syllabus is almost same as other banking exams. RBI Preliminary Exam Detail of the syllabus is given below.   RBI Grade B Exam Pattern RBI Grade B Officer exam pattern is divided into three parts, Phase I, Phase II, and interview. Therefore, the exam pattern is different for different stages of selection. Candidates who successfully qualify in the phase I exam called for the phase II exam. Candidates, based on their phase II exam score, are called for an interview. The final selection of candidates is made based on their performance in the mains exam and interview. RBI Grade B officer exam pattern provides details regarding the overall structure of the exam, such as marking scheme, total marks, number of sections, and time duration.   6. RBI GRADE B RESULT On March 31 and April 1, 2021, the RBI Grade B Officers’ mains (Phase-II) Exam was held. All aspirants who took the RBI Grade B 2021 mains exam for Officers (Officers, DEPR / DSIM) eagerly await the RBI Grade B 2021 Phase-I exam result, scorecard, and cut-off marks.
