2. INTRODUCTION The IDBI (Industrial Development Bank of India) Executive exam is a single-stage exam. This exam is to recruit Executives across all IDBI branches across the nation. The IDBI releases the notification in April every year. But, due to the covid pandemic, the IDBI had delayed the release of the notification 2021. The IDBI will be releasing the official notification soon. Candidates can apply online using the official portal of the bank, and they can get the official notification from the bank website: www.idbi.com. The Applicants who hold a graduation degree from any reputed college in India are eligible to apply. We can expect around 200 to 300 vacancies this year (2021). The selection process of the bank is: • Online test • Medical test The applicant must be between ages 20 to 25. The recruitment is based on contract. On the other hand, the contract is for three years. After the completion of the contract, the bank conducts an internal exam. This exam is conducted for the applicants to make their jobs permanent. The internal exam is a compulsory exam for the applicants who applied for the post of Executive. The applicants must pass the internal exam to be in that post.

IDBI EXECUTIVE EXAM SYLLABUS IDBI EXECUTIVE EXAM PATTERN However, the selection process for the post of IDBI executive is divided into 3 parts: • Online exam • Document verification for SC/ST/PWD candidates • Medical fitness test followed by Personal Interview Meanwhile, for the online exam, the total duration of the exam is 90 min and there is a sectional time limit. 6. IDBI EXECUTIVE EXAM RESULT The IDBI bank has to release the notification of the important date. In that notification, candidates can expect the start date of the application, the last date to apply, pre-screening for SC/ST/PWD, admit card, and the result date. The IDBI bank declared that the IDBI is going to conduct the exam on 5th September 2021. So, the candidates can get the result date after 15 days from the online exam date. 8. HOW TO APPLY? Part-1 • The applicants must visit the official webpage of IDBI: idbi.com and click on the “careers/ current openings” tab. That link will be directed to another link “recruitment of executives on contract-2021” there you need to click on apply online option. • You are going to be directed to a different page where you need to click on “click here for new registration” a new page will open and there you need to enter your details and a new provisional registration number and password are going to be generated and they are sent to your registered mobile number. • With the credentials, you will log in to the website to fill the application whenever you have got time until the last date of application. Part-2 • After all the personal details have been entered, you are required to upload your recent passport photograph and signature in keeping with the specification given by the bank. • Preview your application form before finally applying for the post. • After the preview, you will be able to submit the form by clicking on the final submit tab. • After completion of all the processes, click on the payment tab on the next page and proceed for payment.
