5. HISTORY Foundationally, the Era Educational Trust (EET) established the Era University in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh in the year 2016. In fact, the trust has the aim to provide medical as well as paramedical education. Besides, it manages the university and its other constituent colleges. Above all, within a short span of time this university came to light. Yet, it started offering all medical courses. In fact, this university comprises four institutes and offers the best medical courses. It also provides workshops for extra-curricular activities. The Era University has four colleges under it; namely, Era’s Lucknow Medical College and Hospital, Era’s Institute of Allied Health Science and Research, Era’s College of Nursing, and Era’s College of Pharmacy.

However, there is no wireless internet connection available on the campus of the Era University. • Moreover, for the students who prefer living on the campus, the University has an accommodation facility. Besides, each hostel of the university has a dining hall and a TV room. Music systems, as well as other indoor facilities, are also provided. For instance, carom, chess, and table tennis are available in the hostels for recreation. However, the rooms are only available in double and triple occupancy.
