  2. Traditional  Polish ciusine  is not very  healthy but rather fattening. Typical Polish dishes contain ingredients such as meat , flour and fat. However, nowadays Polishcuisine is changing . More and more people try to have a healthy diet accordingto recommendations of nutrition experts.

  3. TYPICAL POLISH BREAKFAST Breakfast in Poland is varied. We eat a light breakfast or fattening one. When we have little time to make sandwiches, we eat cereals, but at the weekend, when we have more time, we prepare scrambled eggs or hot sausages.

  4. Scrambled eggsTo prepare scrambled eggs you need: eggs, salt and butter. You may also add tomatoes, sausages, ham, onion, mushrooms etc.

  5. Sandwiches Sandwiches with butter, cheese, ham, eggs, vegetables, mayonnaise etc.

  6. Breakfast cerealMilk and various breakfast cereal

  7. SausagesServed with mustard or ketchup and bread

  8. DrinksFor breakfast we drink coffee, tea or cocoa.

  9. Kasha (Groat)

  10. Kasha is a cereal commonly eaten in Eastern Europe. In English, kasha generally refers to buckwheatgroats but in Slavic Europe it refers to porridgein general and can be made from any cereal, especially buckwheat, wheat,barley,oats and rye. At least a thousand years old, kasha is one of the oldest known dishes in Eastern European Slavic cuisine.

  11. Recipe for homemadechicken soup • Ingredients: • chicken thighs, poultry liver, beef, • 4 carrots, • 1 celery, • 1 parsley, • 1 onion, • Pepper, • Salt.

  25. Next to our school there is a stadium of „UniaKosztowy” football club.

  26. Teachers in our school organize trips to the mountains.

  30. Horse riding school and tennis court. It is a recreation center for people who like horseback riding and playing tennis.

  31. Municipal Sports and Recreation Hall on Bonczyk Estate. All the important events in Myslowice are held here

  32. Sports and Recreation Centre of Myslowice coal mine. The pool and gym are located at the coal mine KWK-M-ce. Here you can come to improve your swimming technique and workout in the gym
