WHERE WE ARE GOING: BRAC AND PROGRAMMED PROJECTS • 50,224 PERSONNEL (Main Post, FBNA, Mark Center, Rivanna Station) • 7,500 RESIDENTS • ~8,765 ACRES (7,870 acres Main Post; 800 acres Fort Belvoir North Area (FBNA); 16 acres Mark Center; 76 acres Rivanna Station) • ~160 Diverse Agencies • INCOMING: • BRAC projects: • NGA, Army Lease, Community Hospital, Dental Clinic, NRMC HQ, MDA, PEO-EIS, Office of the Chief, Army Reserves , U.S. Army Legal Services Agency, WHS (Mark Center), JUIAF (Rivanna Station), Infrastructure • BRAC-related projects: • Emergency Services Center (FBNA), USANCA, South Post CDC, ACP upgrade • New Missions: • Warrior Transition (WT), National Museum of the U.S. Army, Family Travel Camp, Recreational Lodging Facility, USO • DD 1391 Programmed Projects: • Museum Support Center, North Post CDC, Replace South Post Fire Station, Flight Control Tower, Replace PX, INSCOM SCIF, Replace Commissary, Physical Fitness Facility 2011-2030 Planning Accomplishments:  BRAC is implemented  Buildings/infrastructure modernized  PX and Commissary replaced  Recreation master plan implemented  Major on- and off- post roads improved Town Center realized

TRANSPORTATION OVERVIEW, END STATE 2011 BNA Loop Road (partial) Backlick-Barta intersection I-95 HOV Access Telegraph Gate/ACP Fairfax County Parkway Mulligan Road Kingman Gate/ACP Walker Gate/ACP Gunston Road – Widen to 4 lanes Pence Gate/ACP Tulley Gate/ACP Belvoir Road – Widen to 4 lanes Pohick Road – Widen to 4 lanes 9th Street – Widen to 4 lanes • Transportation infrastructure improvements complete: • Gunston, Pohick, 9th, and Belvoir widened and with additional signalized intersections • Tulley, Pence, Walker, Kingman, Telegraph ACPs improved • Backlick-Barta intersection complete • Fairfax County Parkway Phases I, II and III, Barta Road intersection complete for FBNA access • I-95 HOV Access to FBNA complete • Mulligan Road (2 lanes completed) • Additional turn lanes at Mark Center • Transportation Demand Management Plan implemented to reduce daily trips
