  4. In February, 2009 the DOJ filed suit and simultaneously entered into a Stipulated Judgment and Injunction with Countrywide Financial Corporation.

  7. Department of Justice learns of the: • Milwaukee Foreclosure Partnership • Foreclosure Mediation Taskforce • Milwaukee Foreclosure Mediation Program • Marquette Mediation Program
