  2. Who are we? The MP User Group consists of the three original Consortium states including: Utah, Colorado and Wyoming. Since formalizing the Mountain Plains User Group (MP User Group), the following states have joined including: Vermont, North Dakota, Iowa, Nebraska and Nevada.

  3. How are we organized? • MP User Group States join the MP User Group by signing the Charter. • The Executive Steering Committee is made up of the participating states’ WIC Director’s. • The Change Control Board is made up of participating states’ MIS/IT Project Managers or Technical staff. • The MP User Group recently contracted with Maximus to provide product management services that became effective on July 1, 2014.

  5. What are our objectives? Maintain system integrity Ensure the interest of all MP User Group members are represented fairly and according to the Charter Provide a means for all MP User Group members to share successes and lessons learned as new states implement the MPSC system and convert to EBT.

  6. What are our priorities? Smart Card interface with Solutran Online EBT interface Implementation of Final Food Rule Requirements

  7. MP User Group Accomplishments? Finalized MP User Group Charter USDA began allowing States to Transfer MPSC Stood up MP User Group PMO under contract
