  4. Future and Ongoing Action • Further CoINs identified but yet to be scheduled (50+) • Use of the OneView system to identify and target CoIN activity • Re-evaluate and revisit CoINs who were ruled out under the old fully routed model

  7. MOU (Memorandum of understanding) • Agreement between the community (Lead Trust) and CfH • Outlines funding levels and terms and conditions of funding • Highlights the local responsibilities • Defines service management requirements
