Pricing Proposals • ESCOSA to regulate monopoly supply • Single non-residential price from 2016 • Review all prices 2015-2020 • Develop third party access by 2015 • Explore innovative and competitive arrangements (no date set) • Potable water price more cost reflective (Ongoing) • Report cross-subsidies transparently in budget (Ongoing)

  7. Regulative Proposals • New legislation in 2010 • Resolve ownership issues in 2010 • Remove possible legislative impediment to SA Water involvement in Stormwater by changing definitions • Update governance of Stormwater Management Authority
