Motivation by Charlene Izere 2019

  3. Charlene Izere Motivation Businesswomen are gradually beginning to use their instinct to build expanding empires. Women are no anymore ignoring their intuition; instead, they are learning that it is something to respect as well as something to use. Having her intuition, lead to her rapid rise to success. This meant that Charlene had to interpret the complexities of a worldwide pandemic in order to determine the best plan of action. Her North Star was her instinct and her fortitude. She made decisions founded on her experience and, when required, she took measured risks. Businesswomen are gradually beginning to use their instinct to build expanding empires. 4. Charlene Izere It is stated that no one’s life journey is simple; Charlene experienced her fair share of hardships beginning with her birth in Rwanda, a country devastated by civil conflict. Her family then moved to the US to begin a new life, but they quickly realized they had zero and would have to start over from scratch. Because of all of these opportunities, Charlene was able to learn important life lessons and values at a young age that she might not have otherwise. Charlene’s family’s challenges and triumphs shaped her into a caring person, qualities that serve her well in her present business endeavors. Charlene has in fact demonstrated that she is a great example to women and the rest of the world by learning from her past and working on her objective to increase opportunities for black women. https://charleneizere6.wordpress.com/2022/11/28/black-women-entrepreneus-give-their-best-business-advice/

  5. BUSINESS ADVICE FROM A BLACK WOMAN In less than six months, Charlene built her online organization management company, Soulful Systems, to triple six-figure revenues. A digital platform for black goods and services, an influence fund for BIWOC entrepreneurs, and virtual platforms for her Melanin and Money network were all beta-launched as a result of this momentum. When Charlene realized that life doesn’t have to be difficult and she was able to actually have it all, everything changed for her. Once Charlene Izere said, Instead of constantly feeling like she is struggling to survive, she learned that she can place herself in environments where she would be accepted and can flourish. Financial security was crucial to her because she too received government aid and food stamps as a child. https://charleneizere6.wordpress.com/2022/11/28/black-women-entrepreneus-give-their-best-business-advice/
