  7. Assumptions for calculating the needs (Quantity and Funding) to achieve 2011 Targets • Universal coverage for LLINs in which one LLIN will be distributed to 2 people . The current population is estimated at 13.8 million as such 6.9 million LLIN will be required for 2011 • RDTs will be performed as a screening test for all age groups in CHAM and government facilities. The quantities required is based on suspected malaria cases per year • For IRS the target is to spray all 689,523 habitable structures in the 7 targeted targeted
