Healthful Ways to Express Emotion • Admit your feelings • Identify your emotions • Calm down • Tell others how you’re feeling • Walk away from a situation when you feel your losing control • Talk with a trusted adult.
Stress • The body’s demand to daily living • Stressor- a cause of stress • Eustress: positive stress which prompts a healthful response
Stress • Distress: Stress that is negative and prompts a harmful response.
