Through proper training, skills and knowledge could be standardized for all the trainees. Productivity of the people who have been well trained increases tremendously in the long term. With training more and more people the work force also increases in number. It gives workplaces a competitive advantage. Job satisfaction also increases after proper training which creates a positive company culture. However, training a huge number of people is not easy. It could consume a lot of time to train new batches of trainees every year. Proper communication skills are necessary for every trainer for a better involvement and engagement with the trainees. Lack of proper communication between the trainees and the trainer could take a lot of extra time to train them properly. It could even hamper the entire training programme and create lack of interest amongst the trainees. As a result it could even result in drop out of the trainees and make the entire training
