CBE District Self-Assessment Tool: • Use the sheet you filled out individually to come to consensus as a district about where your district is in relation to an idealized design • Where are we in relation to where we want to be? • Use Fist-to-Fiveto come to consensus about the district • Include evidence of implementation (processes, structures, functions) • Fill out the document in the Google doc folder • 10:25-11:35 IOWA Department of Education

Homework for April: • RISC Organizational Self-Assessment Tool • Construct a plan to work onthe following: • Dig deeper into the CBE District Self-Assessment district analysis • Determine the location on the continuum your district’s “In Process” and “In Place” elements by using the RISC tool together as a district between now and the April meeting • Synthesize what you learned with the connections to work teams and to your next steps as a district • Prioritize next steps for the district (action-planning) • 11:55-12:15 IOWA Department of Education
