17. The first member of the PACSystems family, the RX7i available in April 2003 offers an open architecture platform with increased flexibility.
The open architecture platform allow for increase application flexibly. Supporting VME64 standards and its many cards.
The high performance open standard VME64 backplanes provide for faster I/O throughput with up to 4 times the bandwidth of existing VME based systems such as the GE Fanuc Series 90-70. This combined with the 300MHz or 700MHz CPU make for superior application speed.
Best in class migration! Open door for your existing application by a simple replacement of a few components, easy software conversion and your on your way.
