Crawford Primary School (built in 1957) and convert it into an assisted living facility

  9. Project Updates • Phase 1 Complete. Up to 16 beds can be accommodated for assisted living • Phase IIwill be complete in January 2013. Up to 45 beds can be accommodated for assisted living • Phase III will be complete by March 2013. Phase III will be an Alzheimer’s Unit and will accommodate up to 30 beds. • The Company is working towards obtaining their state operating license. They hope to have this by late February early March so citizens can start moving in.. • The Grand Opening will be in April 2013.
