  2. Board of County Commissioners Project : Lake Eve PD/LUP Substantial Change Applicant: Momtaz Barq of Terra-Max Engineering, Inc. District #: 1 Request: To consider a substantial change to the approved Lake Eve Planned Development/ Land Use Plan (PD/LUP) to (1) Add multi- family uses to Lot 2; and (2) Increase the maximum building height on Lot 2 from seventy-five (75) feet to one hundred (100) feet for Multi-Family or two hundred (200) feet for Timeshare.

  3. Board of County Commissioners BCC APPROVAL ACTION July 2, 1991 Rezone from R-CE to PD - 600 Multi-Family units (approx.) - 398,250 sq. ft. Tourist/Commercial uses (approx.) - Maximum building height: 75 ft. May 21, 1996 Substantial Change - Convert 30 acres from Multi-Family uses to Tourist/Commercial uses - Maximum building height: 100 ft. June 6, 2006 Substantial Change - Add an entrance to Vineland Road - Reduce 100-foot eastern setback to 25 ft. - Maximum building height: 100 ft.
