  4. Vancouver 603,000 people live in the City English speaking primarily 10 Councillors, 1 Mayor and City Manager (CEX Equivalent) 5,000-6,000 staff It’s dubbed the “North American Hollywood”

  5. My checklist 5 objectives, split into primary and secondary tasks

  7. How cost savings can be achieved Understand our customer needs/feelings (do a content audit on cambs.gov.uk) Understand our web content (using personas) Meet customer needs

  8. and that means…? Perfect content should web traffic therefore We should see a In F-2-F and phone = £savings

  9. The award and CCC What will the award mean for CCC? I have new and improved skills to use on my projects Publicity through SOCITM and through Vancouver An even more driven UX focused individual

  11. The award and SOCITM What will the award mean for SOCITM? Present my findings at regional conferences as and when required A detailed report Promotion through Vancouver contacts and publicity throughout CCC/LGSS

  12. What’s next at CCC? CMS project is due to be finished May 2013 Content is already being audited Changes of processes are being looked at Procurement process has started (all this, and more, using the skills I learnt in Vancouver)
