  4. Parquet Fresnel lens array (500cm2 lens area). • Rectangular aluminum housing support frame. • Reflective truncated pyramid secondary. • Concentrator Triple Junction (CTJ) cell.

  5. Isc Voc Power eff 13.85 mA 2.605 V 31.4 mW 31.4% 4.45 A 2.920 V 10.29 W 39.1 %

  7. Thermally stressed • Good optics • Bad thermal dissipation • Optimal design • Good optics • Good thermal dissipation • Optically misaligned • Misaligned optics • Good thermal dissipation

  8. Maximum concentration of 184Xo. • Small deviation in I-V characteristics is observed. • Power difference of 3% over 228 sun hours test period.

  9. At 68 sun hours a decrease in shunt slope is seen. • Progressive decrease in shunt slope is seen throughout operation. • At 228 sun hours the biggest deviation in shunt slope and in Rs slope is observed. • Kink present in curvepossible due to breakdown of Ge subcell. • Power difference of 12%.

  10. In operation for 228 Sun Hours. • An increase in Rs slope was observed. • A continual increase in Rs slope is observed while under operation. • The largest increase in Rs observed at 228 Sun Hours. • Kink present in I-V curve is possibly due to the breakdown of Ge subcell. • Power difference of 21%.
