  2. The BCF has collected: • 53 Men's Coats • 57 Women's Coats • 52 Boy’s Coats • 93 Girl’s Coats • 3 large boxes of blankets/comforters • 15 garbage bags of clothing • Enough hats, gloves, and scarves to provide to each individual whom receives a coat

  3. $1544 The BCF has collected: • $115 from private/individual donations • $1179 from business/agency/organization donations • $250 from BCF non designated funds

  4. How many people has the BCF “Bundled” thus far: • 6 Men (11/18/10) 39 Men (1/13/11) • 10 Women (11/18/10) 46 Women (1/13/11) • 36 Boys (11/18/10) 104 Boys (1/13/11) • 40 Girls (11/18/10) 102 Girls (1/13/11) • Total: 92 Total: 291 ~We started distributing items November 1st

Malorie Marti- MR Supports Coordinator • “Just wanted to let you all of you know that myself and my clients really appreciate the winter coats they got through Bundle Up Butler!  I just received a call from a provider who assisted one of my individual’s to pick up her coat on Main St. this morning and she said she was smiling from ear to ear and absolutely loved it and that it looked beautiful.  A father and son that you bought coats for were extremely excited as well and were very appreciative! I just wanted to pass this on to all of you and how much these winter coats make a difference in people’s lives. ”

  10. What do we still need ? We have meet the need within Butler County as of 1/25/11!!!!! Thank you all for your support and effort with this project, it is greatly appreciated!! Some popular sizes that were difficult to fill orders for include: Boys 10/12, 12/14, 14/16 Girls junior’s L, XL (please keep this in mind when you are Women’s XL, 2X cleaning out your closets and/or are out Men’s XL, 2X shopping and see some good sales! )
