  1. How to Reduce Eye Strain? In the present era, millions of people are suffering from the problems of overworked and stressed eyes. For this reason, eye problems such as glaucoma, dry eyes, etc. have become a lot common. The best way to reduce eye strain is to adopt certain eye exercises which are easy to perform and effective for eye health. Here is a list of some eye exercises which helps in relieving stress and eye strain. Palming For the purpose of relieving eye strain, palming is one of the most helpful exercises. All you need is to rub your hands together until they feel warm and then gently place your palms over your closed eyes. Simultaneously, take a deep breath and relax. This will allow your eyes to feel energized & relaxed, instantly.

  2. Blinking Blinking helps in washing your eyes off the dust with naturally therapeutic tears. Not blinking often causes dryness to the eyes. Thence, it leads to dehydration of the cornea, itchiness, and a burning sensation in the eye. Thus, to avoid these eye problems practice the blinking exercise for 4-5 seconds every 20 minutes. Massaging

  3. The simplest yet the most relieving eye exercise is massaging your eyes, eyebrows, and the temples. A minute or two of this exercise increases the moisture in the eyes, relaxes your eye muscles, and relieves the pain & stress. The 20-20-20 rule Taking short breaks from work or study can be a wonderful eye exercise, truly! In order to do so, most effectively, follow the 20-20-20 rule. It means, every 20minutes of working in front of the computer, take a break for 20 seconds to look around the room and focus on some object placed at the distance of 20 feet.
