What is a Lentikats Biocatalyst?

Unique shape of the matrix and the original principle of immobilisation enable the encapsulation of free enzymes or microorganisms (bacteria, yeasts, fungi) in a stable porous PVA (polyvinylalcohol) carrier. The carrier‘s advantages are:
