The ICON update focuses on several projects aimed at delivering efficient eLearning, eHR, and eFinance systems to schools. By integrating technology into education, we aim to build capacity and leverage information from IT audits to enhance communication and learning environments. With the rollout of video conferencing and ICT strategies, we are committed to adapting pedagogies for contemporary learning. The Local level involvement and ongoing assessments ensure that our systems meet essential specifications to foster improved learning experiences and infrastructure development.

  4. Video Conferencing • David Bourke is working to install in schools • Think of ways this can be implemented into Learning and Teaching • Kevin to work with schools on this, especially in Term 3 • Fullan drivers –what aspects are essential for change?

  5. eSIS process • IAEG – representation from Diocese • Looking at eFinance system and required specifications • Information to go to tender soon • Better than the Finance/HR systems already in schools - ESSENTIAL • Assessment on costs; reqs; engineering and contract to go to ICON WG
