  1. Batch 5: 100% Success Rate • Consistently good Jsc • Voc not consistent/good • FF not good either • Low Rp • High Jsc allows for good PCE

  2. Best Device = D5 • Rs & Rp change w/light • Definite photoconductivity • Some transience in FF under light • Noise clearly due to light

  3. Noise Analysis • Four options for voltage dwell in IV program: 0.001, 0.1, 1, 10 • Took data using 0.001, 0.1, 1 and 1 clearly the best • (Not as good as no light)

  4. Origin of Low Voc • Changes • B1→B2 made own PEDOT • B2→B3 made own P3HT:PCBM • B3→B4 used new holder, refiltered PEDOT & pulled new InGa in all-plastic syringe • B4→B5 refiltered P3HT:PCBM & was more careful with tweezers • Low Voc could be due to new non-oxidized InGa • New batch is extremely cohesive and shiny & never saw air • Ziran sees same Voc’s in his batches? • Cannot explain higher Jsc

  5. Batch 6 • Tried a few with new InGa in all-plastic syringe and a few in rubber-stopper syringe • InGa wets to syringe surface in rubber syringe & can visibly see drops of clear liquid in it • No major difference in I-V characteristics • Potentially the older all-plastic syringe has higher Voc due to moreoxidation
