  2. 29 yrs old female • k/c/o CRF due to primary hypertension(k/c/o HT x 7 yrs) • On dialysis x 5 yrs • h/o sudden onset vision loss OU with episode of acute hypertension 3 yrs back • Underwent laser treatment somewhere else 5 yrs back • Presented with further visual loss OU x 2 months • Past h/o pulmonary TB 7 yrs back ( AKT x 9 months) • Recurrence of TB 3 yrs back ( AKT x 7 m)

  3. BCVA FCCF OU • IOP 8 OD, 12 OS • A/S NAD except for PSC OS, no RAPD/NVI

  4. od Mass lesion s/r od s/r HE os SRH with exudative RD inferiorly PRP Macular laser
