  1. WHAT IS HIGH-TEMPERATURE CERAMIC COATING? High-temperature ceramic coating USA is often referred to as fatigue, high beat, or header coating. Corrosion is the breaking down of essential properties due to exposure to moisture in the atmosphere. The high-temperature coating product can endure temperatures over 1200 degrees, and some coatings can endure temperatures higher than 1600 degrees. The high-temperature coating process can also increase durability and provides thermal filing to the exhaust system. The durable ceramic coating runs between 2 and 4 mils thick and provides a hard finish resistant to chip and rust. This coating process has an excellent bond and is scratch resistant.
