PAYCHOICE PRODUCT UPDATE • New Features in PayChoice DOS for the Year • Tools and Utilities: • Reset / Rebuild Company Totals in Data Entry • New Utility to Re-Number Employee #’s • Export the Invoice Register to (.csv) Excel • Print Selected Reports on ViewChoice Only • Tag multiple Companies to Create VC CD’s • Utility to Export Invoices to Excel • Count W-2s & 1099 Employees, all Companies • Import New EFTPS PINs for all Companies • Warning to users who re-start Payrolls

Very similar tool now in ESS on the WEB Works with Check History & To-Dates Employee Personnel Data Importer Use for New Hires and Changes Same Excel format as PayChoice Setup’s

Enhance Mass Change Ability on Benefit / Deduction Rate Changes. Start moving PeopleChoice HR functionality into Employee Services on the WEB.

Other Reports to support Labor will be added. Tools to help Control What Taxes are available for employee setup in all Remote Entry Products. Now accommodate multi Period Ending Dates by Division
