Skills Training for Cambridgeshire Travellers: Increasing Involvement and Empowering Communities

This project aims to increase the skills base of Travellers in Cambridgeshire, involve them in existing skills training settings, and improve service providers' knowledge base to meet their needs. Over two years, 160 new Traveller learners engaged in skills training sessions. Successful outcomes included learners going into employment, voluntary work, and delivering skills training themselves.
