7. Enable Digital Signature Gateway Of Tally > F11 > F1 > Tally Esigner

8. Step 2 Activate Digital Signature in Tally.ERP9 by enabling above option as Yes

9. Step 3 Fill up all the details as per requirement as seen in image.

10. Step 4 Enable Digital signature from voucher types. For that : select folder for digital signature.

11. Step 5 In Accounting Voucher Creation, we can see Digital Signature Button on right side in end of the window. Click on the button.

12. Step 5 After clicking on digital signature, EXPORT INVOICE pop up will come, Click on Yes… After Clicking On ‘YES’, Voucher Export button will come, Click again On ‘Yes’

13. Step 5 After clicking on ‘Yes’, Sign invoice digitally pop up will come, Click on Yes… Windows security will confirm certificate of DSC before sign.

14. Step 5 Tally will ask user pin of DSC TOKEN After entering user pin , Esigner window will come.

15. Step 5 After signing document, Mail Invoice pop up will come. If we want to mail digitally signed invoice to customer , Press ‘Yes’. Email id will come automatically from ledger, If contains. We can change subject and content as per requirement.

16. Step 5 We will get this popup of SUCCESS , After emailing of invoice.

17. Step 5 In Digital Signature ,we have additional feature of Document signer.

18. Step 5 After entering In Document Signer , We will get two options i.e. If we want to sign folders a time or we want to sign multiple files at a time press enter . Select Exported PDF file of invoice and sign the document.

19. Step 5 Signed Invoice will show like above image.
