  5. How to Use it? • Sections I (ITB) and VII (GC) w/o changes • Sections II (BDS), III (EQC), VI (WR), VIII (PC) to be filled suitably

  8. BID EVALUATION CRITERIA • Technical Compliance/ Non Compliance • Bid Price • Alternative Completions Time and/or Technical Alternatives evaluated in accordance with ITB/BDS • Adjustments for non material deviations if any • No Use of Merit Point System
