Overview • The Center for Ethics of Science and Technology (CEST) is a research unit established by Chulalongkorn University to undertake research and outreaching programs related to ethics of science and technology. • Official date of establishment: March 7, 2006 • It is a multi-based center and acts as a coordinating point for scholars from various disciplines.
