LS04 Valve Series FAQs • LABS free? • LS04 valves are not LABS-free (LABS = substances that impair surface wetting in the coating process) • Can the push-in connectors be exchanged? • Cannot be exchanged due to press-fit assembly • Are single part kits available for VTS self-assembly? • No, the devices are fully assembled and tested before delivery, focus on fast delivery time • Is the VTS fully modular? • Modular configuration, limited modularity afterwards • Can the VTS LS04 be extended? • Theoretically possible, but difficult and only as emergency option • Can be retrofitted with 2 more valve positions, but this is not possible with a maximum configuration (12x bistable, 24 mono-stable) Pneumatics 2005-11, BRP-IS/ EPV 11, J.
