BGi course – building scalable business on BG resources • Different types of courses • 2-3 days crash courses • Semester long courses • Being part of e.g. “Software Project” course • Example applications • Labs are done on the BC infrastructure • The course is being developed at the moment • First run: 18th and 25th of May, University of Tartu, Estonia (crash course + “startup school”) • We also plan to do both technical and more business oriented courses • Economics of Cloud computing BG 2nd AHM, GOD, 12.05.2009, Riga

BGi Status Started January 2009 Initiated the BalticCloud • Rolling out in all Baltic and Belarus • See BalticCloud presentation • Course pilot, starting May 18+25, Tartu University, two day course, including hands-on cloud computing and “startup school” • To be followed up by courses in Latvia, Lithuania and Belarus …. stay tuned!
