Job Qualifications • answering a multi-line switch board in a timely manner • receiving and directing all inbound call • greeting and assisting station visitors to the appropriate person at the station • providing support to the Accounting Department including A/R and A/P • working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel (required) other duties as assigned • ability to work well independently as well as with others • High School diploma (required) • good attendance is essential
