This document outlines the integration between myCo-Op and eProfile, highlighting the distinctions between the two. While myCo-Op records a student’s complete experiences and achievements, eProfile focuses on relevant learning throughout their studies at UCSI. It addresses critical questions about documenting prior experiences, the need for additional evidence from myCo-Op users, and recommended CV formats. Solutions such as creating centralized resumes and maintaining access for alumni ensure continuous support for students in their career journeys.

myCo-Op & myProfile Integration Prepared by Manson
Difference with eProfile & myCo-Op format • myCo-Op – is record all the experiences and achievements from student • eProfile is record relevant learning experiences and achievements over the duration of their course of study at UCSI.
Problems • Do system allow student to key in their previous experience and achievements into eProfile? • If yes, how to proof that if they can’t provide the supporting document? • For existing myCo-Op user, do they need to submit additional document to proof their existing record in myCo-Op? • Which CV format we should use? (myCo-Op or eProfile)
Problems • When should a student apply a job in eProfile ? (After Gradated?) • If after graduated, students are able to make a new portfolio?
My Solution • eProfile is a centralize resume database for all others program example: myCo-Op/ my Alumni
Solution • myCo-Op CV will build by eProfile • myCo-Op direct access to eProfile CV • Only student participate co-op program will proofread by coordinators. All verified portfolio are not changeable. • Proofread - Others student – No • Student able to create new portfolio even after they are graduated. (as part of the Alumni program)
