Sounds appreciative, genuine / sincere, appropriately enthusiastic and/or empathetic, acknowledging consumer concerns throughout the call. • Patient: Demonstrates unfailingly polite, considerate, calm and kind demeanor even when faced with difficulties. • Helpful: Demonstrates “at your service” attitude throughout the call.
