Troy University FIRST TIME FRESHMEN • Unconditional Admission – • GPA Minimum 2.0 "C" average • ACT Minimum 20 Composite Conditional Admission – Criteria: GPA is less than 2.0 with ACT 20 or GPA 2.5 with ACT 17-19 *The conditionally admitted student will be permitted to carry a maximum course load of 13 semester hours until he/she has attempted 24 semester hours of TROY work. The student will follow prescribed courses of study designed to strengthen his/her basic skills. Specific courses must be taken where weaknesses have been demonstrated.

Deadline March 1 • The Millennium Scholar's Award Pays full tuition, room and board. • 31 ACT and/or 1380 SAT 1and • 3.7 GPA • The Chancellor's Award Pays full tuition • 27 ACT • 3.5 GPA

Uncond Admitted to TROY with at least a 3.0 GPA Submit resume of leadership activities Applicants must be from out-of-state with preference given to applicants from Florida & Georgia The Alabama Girls State Scholarship- Deadline March 1. $1,000 Non-Renewable Uncond Admitted to TROY with at least a 3.0 GPA Must be or have been a participant & attendee of Alabama Girls State Program LEADERSHIP SCHOLARSHIPS-Basedupon achievement in leadership positions in high schoolExcellence in Leadership Award- Deadline is January 15 Amount awarded varies. 22 ACT and 3.0 GPA (4.0 scale) 1-2 page resume of leadership activities

Important Dates Jan 31- Parents and Students will have Tax W-2 Forms from employers Feb 1st thru 11th- Have taxes filed/estimated. *Make an appointment NOW** Feb 8th thru 24th- FAFSA Help from outside agency (must have taxes done to fill out FAFSA) Mar 1st- Deadline for Most Community College Scholarships of ANY kind. (Must have the FAFSA complete to apply) March 12th- Local Scholarship Applications begin
