A DISSOLUTION OF MEETINGS: MOONIS ELAHI Reverses His Stance Concerning IMRAN KHAN's Decision Coverage of today pak webOn Thursday, sources told ARY News that PML-Q leader Moonis Elahi had talked to Imran Khan about his decision to allow the meetings to take place and promised to support him. According to the details, the PML-Q leader visited Imran Khan at his residence at Zaman Park in Lahore. During the meeting, issues related to the current political situation were discussed. Sources told ARY News that Moonis Elahi delivered Punjab Chief Minister Pervaiz Elahi's message to the former PM and expressed his confidence in the decision. "We will interrupt the Punjab meeting on his [Imran] call," the sources said, citing the PML-Q leader. The two leaders also held future policy consultations regarding the upcoming elections. A day earlier, Moonis Elahi had met Imran Khan and vowed to abide by the decision to dissolve the Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa assemblies. Sources told ARY News that the former prime minister briefed the PML-Q chief about today's top management meeting. The PTI president entrusted Moonis Elahi with the decisions made during today's meeting, the sources added. Sources citing the former prime minister claimed that the dissolution of the Punjab Assembly would be announced in a few days. It is important to mention here that Imran Khan has announced that the date of the dispersal of the meetings will be announced on December 17 at a key meeting at Liberty Chowk in Lahore.
