  2. Fine Spirits are one of the main ingredients used in the production of alcohol. It is mixed along with other alcoholic beverages, garnishes and mixers. • A fruit, grain, vegetables, cactus juice, sugar cane like fermented substances are prepared by distillation.

  3. A distilled beverages low in sugar and containing 40 proofs/ 20% alcohol by volume is considered spirits. • Tequila is spirits made primarily in the area were tequila agave or blue agave is found in Mexico.
